Arbor Pelvic Health & Wellness is a private-pay practice which means your treatment plan is designed around what you actually need, not what an insurance company is willing to reimburse.

Initial Evaluation: $250

During our 60 minute evaluation, we focus on understanding your unique situation. We start with a comprehensive health history before moving into a gentle physical assessment to see how your body is moving. This gives us the clinical insight to pinpoint the source of your symptoms. You will leave with a clear roadmap for your care, including education and a custom exercise program tailored to your needs.

Follow-Up Treatments: $200

Our follow-up sessions are also 60 minutes long, ensuring you never feel rushed during your care. Each session is built around your individual progress and may include manual therapy, neuromuscular re-training, education, and progressive exercises designed to help you regain confidence and comfort.

While we do not bill insurance companies directly, we provide a “super-bill” at the end of your session. Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that may reimburse you for a portion of your care.

We know that Medicare rules regarding physical therapy can be complex, and we are committed to being transparent about your coverage. If you are a Medicare beneficiary, please contact us so we can help you understand your options so you can make an informed decision about your care.
